Our trainers will lead, instruct, and motivate you individually or in groups so that you can achieve all of your fitness goals. Our classes are designed to improve cardiovascular health, as well as strength, and flexibility.

Lynnette Errington Reese

Lynnette's early life was marked by struggles with emotional eating and weight fluctuations. The lose of both parents at a young age led her to seek refuge in the gym, where she leveraged physical activity and a positive outlook to overcome the health challenges common in her family. Lynnette's eighty-pound weight loss was a pivotal moment, and she has since dedicated seventeen years to guide others in achieving their wellness goals. With twenty-four years of experience, as a licensed massage therapist, she has worked with diverse clients including professional athletes and performing artist. Lynnette's personal training expertise is geared towards rectiying body imbalances, improved posture, enhancing self-confidence, and general wellbing. Lynnette's present focus is supporting healthy longevity. Lynnette shares and assist others in volunteer work with local charities including Gingerbread House, Children's Miracle Network, and Saved By Grace Animal Rescue.

After a childhood spent battling obesity and all the physical, mental and emotional baggage that comes with that particular affliction, I have dedicated the last 20-plus years to the health and fitness industry. It is now my lifelong goal to help others not only fight that all too common struggle with the scale, but to overcome whatever obstacles are keeping them from living their best life. Using a wholistic training approach, including exercise, nutritional and emotional support, I can help you meet and exceed your aspirations.

Amanda Reese

BA - Liberal Arts - History

Former mixed martial artist with a focus on Muay Thai Kickboxing. Amanda has also trained in competed in many sports disciplines, from basketball to triathlon. She currently serves as a LA State Law Enforcement Officer, and has so for the past 15 years. She also serves on the Board of The Philadelphia Center for the past five years. She has an enthusiastic passion for helping people change their lives in the realm of physical, emotional, and mental well-being via martial arts.

Ric Fugate

Nutrition and Fitness Coach for over forty years. Exercise expert using physics as it relates biomechanics and kinesiology. Sport specific training is a strong part of Ric's training program, with proven fat loss for men and women of all ages.

With over 32 years of experience in the fitness industry, Myra is dedicated and passionate personal trainer and mother of five children. Myra's journey in fitness began with a desire to help others achieve their health goals, and it has evolved into a lifelong commitment in promoting wellness throughout movement.

As proud mother and wife, Myra understands the challenges of balancing family life and personal health.This experience fuels her motivation to create inclusive and engaging fitness programs that cater to individuals of all ages.

Mary Chance

Studied Nursing at NSU, Business at LATech, ACE Certified Personal Trainer, NASM Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist, Barre Intensity Certified

After a decade as a registered nurse, Mary Chance discovered her true passion in health coaching and fitness training. She now specializes in evidence-based behavioral modification coaching for clients with complex medical needs, including obesity, chronic pain, addiction, depression, hormonal/metabolic disorders, diabetes, high blood pressure, muscle imbalances, and histories of orthopedic surgery.

Chance's training approach emphasizes empowering clients to build sustainable, healthy habits for life. She educates them not just on proper exercise technique and body mechanics, but also on behavior change strategies and holistic lifestyle choices tailored to their individual goals.

Matt Merry

Robert W. Lindsay (Bob)

AFAA Certified Primary Group Exercise Instructor Certification 2011-Present

Robert Lindsay also known as Bob Lindsay has always been interested in fitness but has taken an interesting route to become AFAA certified instructor.

After college he served 4 years active duty with the US Army, and returned to Shreveport to raise his family and be close to relatives.

He began a career in the foodservice business first as office manager for a local distributor, then as a sales rep for Kraft Foods. He then changed employment with Dallas Food Broker for Shreveport area, finally purchased the company for Shreveport and became a small business owner for 35 years. As he began to think about retirement, he could not completely quit work and looked for something that he really enjoyed.

Willis Knighton gave him a chance to teach water aerobics and he began to look at other opportunities and became certified in indoor cycling, mat Pilates, and yoga. He began to teach at Fitness World and Christus.

Along the way he also began to teach at the local YMCA, he has the opportunity to help with the Gray Panthers, a group of men that began a program 35 years ago.

He still likes to slowly jog several times a week and teaches over 10 classes a week and sometimes wins his age group. Bob still enjoys his classes he says as long as I enjoy my classes there is not retirement in sight.
