Helping people achieve their fitness goals is not just a career choice; it is my passion.

After a childhood spent battling obesity and all the physical, mental and emotional baggage that comes with that particular affliction, I have dedicated the last 20-plus years to the health and fitness industry. It is now my lifelong goal to help others not only fight that all too common struggle with the scale, but to overcome whatever obstacles are keeping them from living their best life. Using a wholistic training approach, including exercise, nutritional and emotional support, I can help you meet and exceed your aspirations.

When a person has self-confidence and a positive outlook on life, there is nothing he or she can't accomplish, and I would love to be even a small part of that journey. In this life, we can do anything if we are willing to work for it.

Amanda Reese

BA - Liberal Arts - History

Former mixed martial artist with a focus on Muay Thai Kickboxing. Amanda has also trained in competed in many sports disciplines, from basketball to triathlon. She currently serves as a LA State Law Enforcement Officer, and has so for the past 15 years. She also serves on the Board of The Philadelphia Center for the past five years. She has an enthusiastic passion for helping people change their lives in the realm of physical, emotional, and mental well-being via martial arts.

Paul Lawson

Lookout Personal Defense

After many years of searching I have found a system that makes sense for today's world. It is a mix of being aware of your surroundings, the self confidence to own your bubble, and the tools to keep you safe when trouble looks your way. I am Veteran of the US Coast Guard, Local Real Estate agent, and a practitioner of two different Martial art styles. I invite you to a class that will teach the basic grip break, punching, kicks, impact weapons, as well as how to use your voice to help keep you safe.

Colin Miller

A high-school teacher by day and fitness instructor by night, Colin loves sharing his knowledge with others and helping them achieve their goals. He has taught fitness classes in Shreveport since 2015. He enjoys the physical, psychological, and social benefits of group exercise. Colin offers modifications to make his class a great fit for both beginners and regulars. He hopes to see you in class soon!

Swoll Francois was the FIRST bodybuilder (in the last 10 years), from the Shreveport/Bossier City, La area to become a IFBB Professional Bodybuilder by placing 1st and Overall in Pittsburgh, PA, 2019 Pro League. Becoming a IFBB Pro is a HUGE honor, especially when placing 1st and Overall out of 50+ men...not many can say they've accomplished this in Shreveport/Bossier, La.

Jasmine George

I am a wife, mother of two, barre instructor and full time employee. I absolutely love BARRE. With over 25 years of dance experience Barre was the perfect fit to maintain that dancer body. Barre is a workout that fell in my lamp and turned into a love of mine. I enjoy teaching it because it's a destressor for me. To see the joy and pain (muscle fatigue) I bring into a room makes my long days worth it. I'm a superwomen who wants to bring joy to others and express my passion for fitness and dance through my classes.

Mary Carey

Personal Trainer, ACE Certified

Mary Carey is a certified personal trainer and registered nurse with over ten years experience in health and wellness. A graduate of Northwestern State University and certified by the American Council on Exercise (ACE), she works as a personal trainer and group fitness coach at BodyPro Impact and as the health educator and fitness instructor at Uprising Addiction Recovery Center. With a passion for helping clients become healthier and happier, no matter their obstacles, she educates her clients on proper exercise form, optimal body mechanics, behavior modification and healthy lifestyle choices. She specializes in weight loss and body recomposition through strength training and functional exercise. Her nursing expertise benefits her clients uniquely, with professional insight on helping medically complex clients safely reach health and fitness goals despite factors such as obesity, hormonal and metabolic disorders, diabetes, high blood pressure, muscle imbalances, surgical history and old sports injuries.

Sherwin Brossette

Strength and Spin Instructor

Sherwin has been a group fitness instructor since 2012. He has taught everything from Strength, HIIT, Core, and even Barre classes, but his first love is Spin. He is happiest when he is on a bike either inside or outside on the road.

In Strength Class we'll work all the major muscle groups using light weights and lots of reps
